Description

Server side check for the artillery request, makes sure the request isn't in a safezone or near a respawn point.

Parameters
_params: Array - Combo box index array.
_start_pos: Array - Starting position.
_end_pos: Array - Ending position.
_unit: Object - The unit calling in the request.
Return value
Boolean - Function reached the end.
